Registration Requirements and Document Files for KIP Kuliah Scholarship Program :
1. Grade 12 students graduating in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
2. Identity Card (KTP)/Student Card
4x6 photograph with red background
4. Indonesia Smart University Card
5. Prosperous Family Hope Program (PKH) Participant Card (KKS) if you have the card Certificate of Foster Child from Social Home/Orphanage
6. KIP Registration Form, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology
7. Full Front View, Side View, and Condition of the House Photographs
8. Land and Building Tax Payment Receipt (PBB)
10. Electricity Payment Account
12. Certificate of Graduation
13. Pay Slip/Proof of Parent's Income
Special Requirements for Nursing and Midwifery Programs
Including body weight and height measurements, color blindness test (during registration or doctor's certificate of color vision), chest X-ray, and laboratory tests (HbsAg blood test).
Specific Requirements for Visual Communication Design Program
Including drawing skill test and color vision test (during registration or doctor's certificate of color vision normality).

- Register for KIP Kuliah Merdeka according to the schedule on https://kip-kuliah.kemdikbud.go.id/
- Pengunguman Hasil Seleksi Administrasi (26 Agustus 2026)
- Seleksi Wawancara dan Kunjungan Virtual (27-30 Agustus 2026)
- Pengunguman Diterima KIP Kuliah Merdeka (4 September 2026)
