Regular Registration Path: Report Card Selection for High School Graduates
Registration Requirements and Document Files for PMDK Rapor
Grade 12 students graduating in 2025 or previous graduates.
2. KTP/Student Card.
3. A 4x6 passport photo with a red background.
4. And the requirements according to the PMDK line as above.
Special Requirements for Nursing and Midwifery Programs
Includes weight, height and color blindness tests (during registration or a certificate of free color blindness from a doctor), thoracic photo examination, laboratory examination (HbsAg blood test)
Specific Requirements for Visual Communication Design Program
Including drawing skill test and color vision test (during registration or doctor's certificate of color vision normality).
